2007/08 Tuition Schedule
Heartland Christian School allows for flexibility in payment options. The examples given are for informational purposes only. Your family’s tuition payment schedule will be confirmed on your Tuition Contract that was due by the first day of the school year. If you have not yet completed a Tuition Contract, you must do so immediately. All registration fees, book fees, class fees and the first month of tuition must be paid prior to the beginning of the school year. Failure to do so will result in the implementation of our Late Payment Policy.
ANNUAL TUITION RATES
Preschool $900.00
Kindergarten $2,750.00
Grades 1-6 $3,090.00
Grades 7-12 $3,850.00
Multiple Student Discounts are as follows:
Second child merits an overall discount of 3.5%
Third child merits an overall discount of 7.5%
Fourth child+ are free, but no other discounts apply
Full-time Pastor Discounts are available
Hardbound books are the property of Heartland Christian School and should be treated with care. Softbound textbooks and workbooks are not included in tuition and must be purchased prior to attending school. Book fees are determined by the grade in which the student is enrolled and you can contact the office to determine the exact amount that is owed. Obviously, school supplies are not included in tuition or book fees and must be purchased personally by each student. Book fees are nonrefundable and must be paid regardless if the student is withdrawn from the school for ANY reason. Please refer to your Student Handbook for policies regarding tuition and withdrawal from school.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 5TH DAY OF EACH MONTH AND ARE CONSIDERED LATE IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 5TH.
Flexible payment schedules are available, but any family opting for a 10, 11, or 12-month pay plan must begin in the months prior to the beginning of the school year. Otherwise, all monthly payments are based on a 9-month pay plan. All tuition must be paid before the end of the school year. No transcripts, report cards or other student information will be provided to another educational institution while a tuition balance remains.
Scholarships are available, but a separate application is required which must be obtained directly through the school. Funds are limited. Scholarships are based on financial information only, as Heartland Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race or sex.
There may be other fees required throughout the school year such as elective supplies, book replacement fees (if books are damaged or lost), field trips, school activites (such as retreat, etc.), sports fees, cafeteria fees, and more.
