Announcements
Dear HCS Parents,
We have some concerns about the flow of traffic as you are dropping off and picking up your children for school. Here is a refresher on how the flow needs to go so everyone is safe and efficient!
If you WALK YOUR CHILD INTO the building, please PARK in the PARKING LOT and then walk your child into the building. This leaves the front open for those who just drop off their children.
Avoid PARKING on the SOUTH SIDE of the street. Again, if you are leaving your car to come into the building, PLEASE PARK in the PARKING LOT.
Please DO NOT U-TURN on Wright Road in front of the building. Turn around in the lot.
When PICKING UP your children, if you are coming into the building before dismissal, please PARK in the PARKING LOT!!
If you arrive early to pick up your child, pull as close to the PARKING LOT DRIVE to allow others to pull up behind you.
Keep the line moving as your children are loaded in your vehicle.
Thank you for your cooperation. You and your child's safety are our main concern in this matter!!
Have a blessed day, Gary Wilson
Uniform Options!! Traditionally we have used Dennis Uniform (720 N. 109th Ct., Omaha) for uniforms. This year we are allowing you to purchase your school clothing at the vendor of your choice. We are also amending the color choices. Students may now wear any shirt/blouse that is a solid color and has a collar. The shorts, skirts, jumpers, skorts, and slacks must be similar in style to previous uniforms, but you may wear the color of your choice. Belts are still required for slacks and shorts.
